   Improve your Eyesight Naturally with A Simple Exercise

Improve your Eyesight by doing simple exercise sitting at your home.
NO Laser treatment is necessary for Eyesight when you care for your eyes properly.
  • Doing this exercise helps you improve your eyesight and you can get rid of your glasses. Wearing glasses is easier than improving your Eyesight but you forget the fact that its weakening your eyes.
  • With some effort and time to practice you can improve your eyesight naturally without any laser treatment

The Main Reason to do Eye Exercise is Eyes are controlled by Muscles like other parts like Heart, Lungs .Eyes use different muscles to view small distance objects and for large distance objects different muscles are used. If you stick to a laptop or Television the range is low and you will be using only the muscles required for small distance, it means you are not using your full range muscles which gets weaker and the result is Eyesight.

Eyesight Exercise:

  • Sit comfortably 

  • keeping the face straight and fixed.
  • Slowly move your Eyeball to right side and look steadily on the right side without moving your face  (face should be straight and fixed ).
  • keep your eyeball right side for sometime like 30 sec till it gets pain .
  • Now bring the Eyeball to the center.
  • Now move the Eyeball to the corner left side same like you did for right side without moving your face .
  • Hold it for some time and feel the stretch of your eyeball internally and then come back to the center.
  • Repeat the same process moving your Eyeball from left to right for 5 minutes


Second exercise for Eyesight:

  • Now without moving your head move your eyeball UP hold for some time and comeback to center and now move the eyeball to complete Down , hold for sometime feel the stretch of muscles.
Now repeat the process for 5 minutes moving your eyeball extreme up and extreme down without moving your head.

Third exercise for Eyesight:

  • Rotate your eyeball clock wise direction on extreme corners slowly without moving your head for sometime and now rotate your eyeball in anti-clock direction slowly , without closing your eyes , and after sometime do this exercise by closing your eyes.
Do these exercises regularly atleast for 15 minutes so that you will improve your eyesight . Take foods rich in vitamins A, C, E, which helps good eyesight. Avoid junk foods. NO need of Laser treatment are to be undertaken when you do these exercises regularly.
