How to prevent Acidity naturally for a Healthy life

 One of the most common ailments that affect us is a form of indigestion called acidity where gastric juices are over-produced . Over-secretion of the gastric juices can be very hazardous as they eat away the stomach lining, leading to gastritis and peptic ulcers.

1) you must sleep 8 hours body needs more rest. 
2) try to eat more vegetables. 
3) stop smoking and drinking of alcohol. 
4) try to drink more good water. 
5) try to avid worrying 
6) don't take any pain killers 
7) stop cool water, tea, copy. that will help you avid Ulcer.


To prevent acidity, here are some preventive steps:-
Avoid spicy food, of course. 
Avoid eating late tonight.
 Avoid eating too much & the most vital one is DRINK A LOT OF WATER EVERYDAY!!! - at least 4-5 litres - no matter how often you need to visit washrooms, this will do a cleansing of your digestive system.

EATING SLOWLY
The real causes are modern hybrid and GM seeds, pesticides, fertilisers, preservatives, antibiotics and all the processed food sold in markets like namkeens biscuits etc, food of western restaurants and the modern wheat.  


Eat healthy food like fruits and leafy vegetables
Stay away from processed foods 
Eat at right
