Heart stroke is one of the major health disease which might cost you your life.
Maintaining a proper diet and staying healthy by following some regular exercises can protect you from heart stroke and keeps your heart functioning healthy. The food you eat will have a great impact on the functioning of your heart. Avoiding junk foods and preserved foods will greatly reduce the risk of heart stroke.

  • Quit smoking : Regular smokers or smoking can double the chances of having an Ischemic stroke, which is an narrowing or blocking arteries to the brain. Quit smoking reduces the risk of heart stroke.

  • Alcohol Consumption : Heavy Intake of alcohol causes heart stroke, It is recommended 2 pints of beer for men and 1/2 pint of beer for women for a day or else replace beer with wine which is healthy 

  • Control Blood pressure : People with high Blood pressure are 4 times more likely to suffer a deadly stroke. Regular  B P check up and controlling is necessary

  • Improve Cholesterol : Mainly Heart Stroke is caused by blocking blood flow to brain. control your cholesterol levels and promote healthy blood flow 

  • Diabetes : People with diabetes have a higher risk of heart stroke. Due to the high levels of glucose increasing the buildup of fatty deposits, blood vessels are easily blocked.
