Breakfast shake for Anti-Stress Morning Shake

      A HEALTY   ANTI-STRESS MORNING SHAKE

Shakes can be a great breakfast when you want to boost up and get relieved from stress. This Shake will help relieve stress and anxiety, people who start their daily life go on with their hectic work at office needed to boost up their mood and mind, so that they can stay healthy this healthy shakes play a vital role.

 "Shake" the stress right out of your body!

1 dl (0.4 cup) unsweetened pineapple juice or organic 100% fruit orange juice.

1 dl (0.4 cup) rice milk, soya milk or almond milk.

2 tsp cold pressed flax seed oil or Udo's Choice Oil.

1/4 of an organic lemon with the peel and everything else!

1/2 a packet of silken tofu (you can find this at health food stores.)

1/8 tsp vanilla powder (not vanilla sugar!)

1/4 tsp nutmeg powder.

150g (5.3oz) frozen bluberries.

Put all the ingredients into a blender and mix to a smooth and silky consistency.

Enjoy a Healthy Shake !!!
