Fluffy Chocolate Treats- Recipe

                        FLUFFY CHOCOLATE TREATS

Food Lovers If you are looking for a home made chocolate treat here is the recipe of fluffy chocolate treats which is 100% healthy and those people who are trying to lose weight can try these because it is milk free, gluten free, sugar free (if you choose to use sugar free chocolate ). This is a good snack for people who are in diet. This yummy  fluffy chocolate treat is especially for people who are trying to lose their weight .

Ingredients

  • 3 rice crackers from your nearest organic food store
  • 75g (2.6oz) chopped hazelnuts, dry roasted in a pan
  • A pinch of vanilla powder
  • 150g (5.3oz) coarsely chopped almonds, dry roasted in a pan 
  • 100g (3.5oz) coarse coconut flakes, dry roasted in a pan. Be careful when doing this, as they burn easily.
  • 200g (7oz) dark sugar  free chocolate with 70% cocoa
  • 4 tbsp coconut oil

Preparation

  1.  Crumble the rice crackers and mix them together with all the dry ingredients in a bowl.
  2. . Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a pan of boiling water.
  3. . Pour the coconut oil into the bowl with melted chocolate and stir.
  4.  Pour the melted chocolate over the nuts and rice cracker mixture. Everything should be covered in     chocolate.
  5.  Shape the mixture into a flat cake like form in a baking tray and put it in the freezer for 3 hours.
  6.  Break into pieces and eat as a sweet treat.

Eat with fresh strawberries or blueberries and watch out for small sticky fingers and white furniture!
It is prepared in a very low time with a yummy taste.
