Firstly you have to change your lifestyle completely , maintain regular schedules .

1)Running :- Running is highly recommended for people aging less than 50. Fast running will burns  fat at heavy rate. Older people can walk fast to burn thier fat. 

2)Swimming :-Regular  swimming can burn your body fat at a heavy rate . 

3)yoga:- There are different yoga postures which helps to burn your fat. yoga is very beneficial 

4)gym:- Join at your nearest gym and do some basic lifting or basic workouts  for 30minutes to one hour 

5)Proper Diet :- Have a proper diet at regular intervals which has low fat. leafy vegetables and fruits , honey mixed with lemon , green tea are main fat burners , you can also have dark chocolates. your diet should be very limited.
